Google Ad Manager / ATP Declaration Requirements

If you use Google Ad Manager, Google AdX, Open Bidding, or any Google monetization products, you must also ensure that your Authorized Technology Providers (ATP) declarations are configured correctly.

Syn Technologies LLC is the parent company of Underdog Media and is the entity associated with our advertising technology.

To ensure proper ad serving and compliance with Google's transparency requirements:

• Add Syn Technologies LLC to your Authorized Technology Providers (ATP) declarations.
• Verify that Syn Technologies LLC is included anywhere your organization manages Google transparency, vendor, or technology provider disclosures.

Why is this required?

Google uses ATP declarations to identify the companies authorized to participate in the monetization of your inventory. If Syn Technologies LLC is not properly declared, Google may restrict demand access, reduce auction participation, or impact monetization performance.
