Custom Analytics
Our Custom Reporting provides robust, deep-dive analytics with minute-level precision across a myriad of metrics, including device, country, OS, Browser, UTM parameters, etc. Custom reports can be pulled both by your overall publisher account or by the specific site(s) and can be downloaded or sent as automated emails. You can set these up in your account or, if you need us to set up an emailed report, simply provide us with the reporting metrics, date range, and delivery preference (daily, weekly, monthly).
Access Custom Analytics
To access custom analytics, you can click on the “Reporting” tab at the top of the page.
Launch a New Report
Once you are on the Reporting page, you can launch a new report by filling in the below dimensions that you would like to look into. There are two options when running a report, "Standard" and "Advanced".
Customizing your Report
Report type: Select “Time”
Time Range: Select the appropriate time range for your report from the drop-down list. Note that your selected Time Precision may change if you alter the Time Range, so make sure that your Time Precision is what you intended if you change the Time Range.
Time Precision: Select the way in which you want to view the data for your selected time range – minute-by-minute, hourly, daily, weekly, or monthly.
Metrics: Check as many boxes as you’d like to see data for. See our Reporting Glossary of Terms for definitions of these metrics. You must select at least one metric.
Dimensions: Data can be organized or filtered by dimensions. You can view data across multiple dimensions, including, but not limited to: site, device, geo, and UTM parameters.
Save and View your Report
Once you have selected the appropriate fields for your report, click on the "Save Report" check box and name your report, and then press the “Run Report” button.
Set-Up an Automated Email of your report
If you wish to have a report emailed to you on a regular basis click on the "Email" check box underneath the "Save Report" check box and follow the setup directions.
Finding your Saved Report
Your Reports: Click on the "Your Reports" tab in the right-hand corner under the "Reporting" tab to find your saved reports.
Edit a Saved Report: You can edit a saved report after you run it by clicking on the icon under “Edit”.
Download CSV of Report: Just click the “CSV” button in the top right corner under the dimensions box after your report loads.
