Payment terms: 

• Your account must hit a $250 revenue minimum to receive payment. Multiple months can be combined to reach the revenue minimum.
  
  
• Payments can be sent via:
  • Direct deposit to U.S. bank account (no fee) 
  • Wire to a non-U.S. bank account - terms are as follows:
    • $19.99 fee for wires in USD
    • No fee if sent in local currency

Forms Required for Payment:

1. Tax form (W-9, W-8BEN or W-8BEN-E):
   a. W-9 for all US publishers (click here)
   b. W-8BEN for non-US individuals (click here)
   c. W-8BEN-E for non-US businesses (click here)
   
   
2. Vendor Banking Form (click here)

Note: The bank account name needs to match the legal entity name on the W-9/W-8.
